Hotel Santika Premiere Jogja - Yogyakarta

The staff is amazing. Hotel is good but quite outdated. It need an urgent renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Interenet access was very poor. I am a business traveller and choose accomodation based on internet access - I can't meet my business commitments without it. I was able to access the Internet for part of the time, but on my 2nd (of 2) nights there was no signal at all.

Towels looks not real white, position of hand jet shower for toilet bowl is not proper, drainage for bathtub need to be flushed regularly.

Close to town and shops. Convenient location with stunning views of Mount.

1. There are no air-conditioning thermostat. 2. From inside the room was still audible noise from outside.

The hotel is very close to the busy Marlioborostreet, but there's hardly any traffic noise! The staff was very friendly and helpfull when we wanted to make some trips. This hotel is REAL value for money.

The "Spa" was a bit of a disapointment; the ambiance is not realy one we would expect of a spa. The staff was friendly, but didn't understand what we asked for.

Great breakfast buffet. Good size room. Nice pool. Helpful staff.

Bathroom a little tired and smelly. Not very many facilities for young children apart from the pool.

excellent service and the staffs are very friendly...especially eka from the pandan sari restaurant, aya and lina..from the front office, all of them are very helpful and always welcome you with a nice smile. i will surely return to this hotel

can improve on the bathroom, fittings are little old and the shower curtain colou changed to yellow..maybe this are a few minor things that the hotel can look into for improvement.

Noisy

The locaton is good. The lobby looks new but the rooms are probably all old and out of date. We booked the most expensive room available but the furnitures were old. Chairs were probably 20 years old and not sitable. The curtain hanged half out of the rail. The bathroom is old. The plastic shower curtain is not clean and not changed for a big while. I would not even put my dog in the bath. Many staff walking around but if you ask for something, they transfer you to another person and another person. The breakfast is of great quality and variety but the restaurant menu is too limited. Recommendation: choose another hotel...

Prachtige inkomhal, goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Hadden smoking room ipv non-smoking. Bij uitcheck werden de kamers nogmaals aangerekend.. is dan wel rechtgezet.. maar toch. Ook weer wat uitgeleefd hotel.

Heerlijk luxe hotel waar niets op aan te merken is. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Jammer dat het terras om buiten te eten alleen aan de voorkant bij de drukke weg is en niet aan de achterkant bij het zwembad.
